Try-It-Tuesday

I have been a slacker the last few weeks but I am dedicated to redeeming myself with this one.
Check out the originator of this great recipe exchange here for more great recipes in the comment section.
So without further ado here is my Try-It-Tuesday recipe.

Parmesan Chicken
The fixings:
Defrost enough chicken for your family.
I used chicken tenders about 2 per person for my family of four. Salt and pepper chicken.
In a pan add enough milk for dipping the chicken. In another pan mix equal part of Parmesan cheese and Italian Bread crumbs.
Then just assembly line dip the chicken.
In an electric fryer melt 1/2 cube butter.

Add the chicken and cook till nicely browned on both sides.

Serve with your favorite side dishes and watch the chicken fly off the plate. This is a family favorite and one that I take to neighbors that even the pickiest eater will enjoy.

I am loving this one! It's going on the menu next week. So EASY and yummy all at the same time. Love these kind of recipes. That's why I love this recipe exchange so much. It's full of real people, with kids and families, and food that normal people eat.

As ab-normal as I am I need normal food that my kids will eat. This is a winner.

Ohhhh that sounds fabulous! I thought your milk was Winder Farms at first...same bottle, different label.

I have to try this...my hubby LOVES parmesan chicken!

That looks yummy! And look at you with your cute little milk container with the red writing. Adorable. All we get here are the boring plastic gallon containers. The only exciting thing about the container is that its recyclable. I've missed reading you, but now I'm back, so I'll stick my head in more often, but not too often (don't want to get addicted again!)
