What a creative kid

It has been cold and snowy and just downright awful weather lately. So when that happens the Legos come out to play. My kids are very creative in their imaginative play. But, I am constantly amazed at the lengths that Drama Queen goes.
*****
Since we are in the midst of creating Halloween Costumes, (that is another long story for another post ), she decided to make costumes for her Lego people.
Before the great transformation.

Meet Scarecrow Soldier, complete with cape, pin sword and yellow reflective thread for safety.

Next is one for Sweet-boy.

She is doing all this with a wrapped paw, what a trooper!!! This is Ghost Soldier - pompom ruffle and pin sword complete the outfit. Now that all the Lego People are properly dressed they must have a proper place to hold a Halloween Party. The building of the great house......
A place to crash when the sugar coma sets in.
All ready for the Halloween Party.
Today at 4pm, it is going to be a rocking place in Lego Land.

And something a little fun to watch.......I am just as excited about Twilight as you, but this is too funny!!!

Okay, I found you from joing SITS and read your comment regarding 13 going on 30 and the Thriller Dance scene.

That scene cracks me up so much. I love when she starts twitching her eyes...and then well you know.

Always glad to find someone else who finds something as darn funny as I do!

I'll be back. :)

What fashionable lego people! How on earth did she do that with her hand all wrapped up?

She's ever the designer. I tell ya someday she's gonna be famous!

I am so impressed! Those lego people are awesome! Do you think your cute daughter could make ME a halloween costume, because I have NO idea what I am going to be and my kiddos will not stop asking. The "It is a surprise!" isn't working anymore... :o)

I love Legos. I have just as much fun as the kids do, I swear.

I can't believe you have snow already! That is a little sad. We are just now getting some fall weather in Ohio. I'm not quite ready for winter yet.

Is your daughter feeling up to par yet? Hope those bones are knitting up quickly!

Thanks for your support during my sleepless work stretch. I'm off for a week, then I will start my new schedule of mainly evening shifts, with an occasional day and night shift thrown in. The main advantage is less hours and no mandatory on call or weekend shifts. I'm so excited.

My little brother and I used to play Legos all the time when we were little.

And that Twilight spoof...that is HUH-STERICAL!

Did your kids actually use the phrase "sugar coma?" That would make my day!! :)

Do you happen to know the paint color on the wall behind Drama Queen? The darker color by the door? I am absolutely in love with it!!

That video was good!! I too am anxiously awaiting the premiere of Twilight . . . I've read the series twice now and I still can't get enought - it's pathetic!

Thanks for stopping by today.

Tell you what - you come to Little Rock and we'll get pedicures together!

Oh, I'm so glad you liked my playlist so well. I have the collectors edition of Michael Jackson's greatest hits, before he turned white and went crazy...

80's memories are so great (well, most of them :)

Yeah... um... the only thing keeping me from storming Warner Brother's Studios and forcibly releasing Harry Potter is the Twilight release!

Thanks for coming by MA on my BATW day!

OH MY GOSH, your daughter and I would be best friends if I were 20 years younger.
